Lets say I have several inbox, website live chat and e-mail support. If some customer contacts me on different channels, I can see the previous conversations from that customer in Contacts >> View details but it does not show which conversation is from which inbox.

This demo is great and help us a lot.

As now JWT ( JSON Web Token ) becomes an important way of authentication. What bout adding JWT authentication to this demo? Or we use JWT authentication instead of traditional session-cookie way.

Let's make this demo more powerful. : )

Problem
Right now if you enter a phone number without the area code or have the wrong formatting in phone number section it will fail silently and not work. We should make sure that there is a country code and that it can work regardless of the text formatting

If a user has the avatar property set (and it's a valid URL), then show that as the image next to the user instead of the placeholder image.

Additional context

Segment defines avatar as a standard field.
