Can we use a value of center that is outside of the domain? E.g. if we want to model a shell with a pointmass, can the value of center be at the origin, but ymin be at some large positive value?
doctests will actually run the code-blocks and ensure that you get the expected output. This should prevent documentation from going out of date or having silly typos.

ARC should search CCCBDB to scrap geometries, if available, before generating conformers. Usually, the species on CCCBDB are relatively "small", so this is not so much to improve the chances of getting the correct conformer but to increase the efficiency by reducing the number of spawned jobs (several conformers are run and compared per species).

In beam experiments often the delay between species creation and diffusion to the detector is modeled as a constant TP domain with a first order loss outlet. The first order loss outlet molar flow rate is some constant loss rate k times the moles in the constant TP reactor. Some of our users have requested this feature.
