I want to see the effect of my website without setting the meta tag of viewport, but at present, the effect of my website will default to adding viewport in the application, which is different from the real effect on the mobile phone

I would like to see the effect without the following tags, and the default width

Creating this as a group issue for IE11 issues

1.) The hover state on submenu items has a weird background

2.) It looks like Flyout menus are not showing currently. This is less of an issue as it sounds as the parent menu items

There are a lot of options in persistConfig that aren't mentioned in the README. We should add a section to the README that documents each option you can declare in a persistConfig.

My menubar is full. Even with "menubar mode" turned off it still appears up there. It should not force an icon up there.
