Loading spinner is not spinning. It froze and shows as a static image when load event listener is attached

I'm trying to stop the loading overlay once all assets (including images) done loaded. So I initialised the isLoading to true and attached load event listener in the mounted life hook.

When the load event listener is attached, the spinner only shows as a static image, frozen. If removed, it will spin forever.

There is no error message on the console.

Brief Description

on Import I get the error "AttributeError: module 'pandas.core.indexing' has no attribute '_NDFrameIndexer'"

as far as I can tell this is was bound to private method that been removed from pandas
