    2/2 ...But there are also a lot of people like me who believe that AI can help us improve society but it has to be done in a responsible manner. There are a lot of systemic issues we face today and while AI is not the answer, it has a role to play.

    Drink lots of water, less alcohol, exercise more, avoid toxic environments, invest in yourself, be intentional about your time and who you associate yourself with, what you allow in your mental space, limit news, social media, and so forth and so on 😂😂

    35. Stepping out of SA’s official youth category makes me aware that I should moisturise more, sleep earlier, do annual health checks & set up a retirement plan. It’s also a reminder that life is short. Time feels more precious, following my dreams more important.Ageing is good.
