Often Tor only nodes become unreachable while still online which causes long channel downtimes and being unable to fulfill Pool bids.

Should be a nullable ForeignKey on Subscription.

Tentatively add to 2.2 milestone since it seems like it should be simple (potentially would hit a cyclic sync issue though, due to Invoice.subscription relation).

Please add description_hash in createinvoice and in serialized invoice bolt11 as well.
