Currently, our makefile depends on the fild unix command which makes it harder for others to compile on windows

Here is what they have to do

To run make file on windows with mingw, you require make and find unix tools in your path. Which you can get from msys2 or cygwin. Run set PATH=<path-to-env/usr/bin/>;%PATH% && make, this will override the system find command with unix find for the cu

There are a couple of issues with the layout logic:

• When there are 7 or 8 people, only 6 people is showing
• When there are about 12+ participants, everyone is kind of "crushed together" because of little space. Only the most active participants should then be viewed.

Problem

For advanced validator setup with multiple fs/block for each ledger dir functionality, current dir layout isn't convenient.

Proposed Solution

tidy up the layout and introduce overidable option like --snapshots and --tower, etc.
