Current implementation of Go binding can not specify options.

GPUOptions struct is in internal package. And go generate doesn't work for protobuf directory. So we can't specify GPUOptions for NewSession.

Migrate all Python code from old-fashioned format() functions, formatting % operators and simple concatenations (+) to modern f-strings (brief guide). They are known to be the fastest approach and also increase code readability.

Currently, TinyliciousClient and the new FrsClient have both their create/getContainer calls' return signatures as tuples:

This should instead to be converted to object with defined interface:

Use case:

1.) A user may want to backup all tables but no metadata like users, privileges, etc. without explicitly defining each table inside the CREATE SNAPSHOT statement.

2.) A user may want to transfer users & privileges, custom analyzers or user-defined-functions from one cluster to another without backing up a complete cluster including all data (tables).
