Description:
Whenever I change any of the room info (description, announcement, etc.) this resets the room setting which is supposed to hide system messages.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to "Room info" in a channel where you have privileges to change the room info.
- Toggle on the "Hide system messages" setting. Confirm that this change itself is not posted in the channel.

The "Archive stream" button in the stream settings menu has a trash can icon. This is confusing, as users may assume the stream is being fully deleted (i.e. all messages will be gone). We should replace the icon with the filing cabinet icon commonly used for archiving (https://fontawesome.com/v4.7/icon/archive).
We should also change the tooltip from "Archive stream" to "Archive stream for ever

Describe the bug
If you have a regular map and a scenario map open, the tool isn't reset when you close the scenario map. Attempting to use the tool then causes a crash.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open the map editor
- Modify a few hexes, then create a new scenario with the file menu.
- Select the units tool (or probably, any scenario-only tool)

Editing a sub-user and attempting to edit the same sub-user presents you with the loading spinner from the previous action, not allowing you to edit the user a 2nd time without a refresh.
