Describe the bug
Multipass sometimes logs unrelated messages to stdout. When parsing stdout information, this can lead to undesirable behavior.

To Reproduce
Install multipass 1.5 for Windows.

Run multipass version

The virtual machine has been removed outside Ravada and its information is still in the db. But the virtual machine doesn't exist so it can't be removed.

When the base is removed, removing clones raises this error:
Can't call method "id_owner" on an undefined value at lib/Ravada/Domain.pm line 625.

There are some command line (e.g. --min-memory and --adj-memory for autoballooning, also --networking-model in #20) switches that are better to have also in the configuration file that not introduced yet.

So the idea is to have a configuration file that will set all Default("...") in parameters for kingpin.
