Describe the bug
As an administrator when I create a new blog post from the admin panel I see that I'm the author of this post.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign in as administrator
2. Go to a participatory process with blog component
3. Create a new post
4. Go to frontend. See that it has an author.

Expected behavior
I shouldn't see the author of this

There are a bunch of old PRs adding spiders with no recent activity. It would be great if somebody review, fix and open a PR for them.

When running the app with sqlite in development on the /settings page, I'm getting the following error when trying to make changes to a users first and last name.

It seems like sqlite might be incompatible with some db operations we use in our app.

Essa exceção acontece porque o Tika não consegue extrair o rar 5 (formato proprietário). Temos que pegar a exceção e cancelar o retry nesse caso.
