    I saw this trend a little in September when I needed a new place. But the deepest deals in SF were in new construction in Soma and mid-market, which is less attractive when you're not commuting. Tiny apartments near Lake Merritt were pricey and supply was tight.

    Spent some time at Medgar Evers College Tuesday and Wednesday. There was no indication that a vaccination site was coming. Surrounding businesses weren’t aware of it either. This was the only flyer on a nearby pole, which has to do with food access.
