Environment: desktop 4.5.4 and 4.6
Not a regression, raised during PR testing

Steps:

1. Open the desktop app
2. Navigate to System Console>Plugins>Zoom
3. Click on Documentation or More Information (within Enable OAuth)

Expected: Link to open in browser

Actual: Nothing happens, links are not opening when clicked on desktop; Links open when viewed/clicked on the webapp.

2. Check accessibility with axe DevTools

This app uses notify library for some integrations, textmagic service is supported by the library.
There is also a usage example, which can be help in adding support.

From another user I did /remind @amonnich "test" in 10s.

When receiving the reminder it showed the name of the other user correctly:

But after marking it as complete it shows my own name instead:

The Messaging product documentation focuses on how to use Mattermost using the Desktop App and using a browser.

In some cases, the user's experience using Mattermost on a mobile device would be different than using either the Desktop or Web. Document the steps a user needs to take to complete Messaging tasks using the Mobile App.
Both Android and iOS content is most welcome.

Currently, the PR/issue body in the plugin's link tooltip feature shows some undesirable word wrap behavior. There's no indication that a word is wrapping to the next line.

Currently a Link Name, Pattern, Template and scope are saved in the config.json
This should be moved to the KV store to remove the dependency on reading from the config.json
