ROOTtoRML tool

It would be interesting to create a simple tool that reads a ROOT file and generates a RML file. So that if I find a given number of processes at the ROOT file, I place them at the RML and I could process the file exactly as it was processed. Then, of course, I would be able to modify that RML to play with the processing of the data.

Jacob's way of writing data from ROOT TTree to .txt in order to be used in TensorFlow, probably in a really bad way. Also Pontus' embarrasing attempts to neural networking. Also you can add other things concerning the thesis.

Explain what you would like to see improved
After root-project/root#7399 we can now add RNTuple field descriptions to the output of
RNTupleDescriptor::PrintInfo, as inTTree::Print().Optional: share how it could be improved
Right now I think the most appropriate info category is `kStorageDetails
