Now that we are using storybook enviroment to help us develop our components. We must create stories to document all components. Follow the guide in the CONTRIBUTING.md to write the stories.

It would be very useful if we have a callback on finish drawing, this can be triggered when the mouse up event happens

When the user finishes drawing, an event should fire

An alternate solution is to have debounce in the current update, but an event that is fired on finish of drawing will be very useful

Issue Description

The repo currently has 2 templates for issues, but it lacks an issue template for general issues and documentation issues.

Possible Solution

Add templates for PRs and Issues. Also, suggest improvements for the current issue templates.
