This is a corner case that I only ran into in due to work on the analyzers in nunit/nunit.analyzers#54, and my guess is that very few will run into this problem. Nevertheless, I think we could improve the error message, and fix seems simple and safe.

However, this type depends on IJSRuntime and could be added by default to the Services collection during the AddTestAuthorization() method, where JSInterop can also be configured to correctly handle JSInterop invocations.

This looks to be something legacy which hasn't been updated in several releases. I've asked Charlie Poole/Rob Prouse if they can remove it from the choco site, as maintainers. We should also remove the packaging from the repo here.
