Let's drop the tables job_versions_io_mapping_inputs and job_versions_io_mapping_outputs no longer in use as of MarquezProject/marquez#1260 and MarquezProject/marquez#1256
@cantzakas created the SQL query necessary to pull metadata in (dataframehq/whale#140) -- we just have to make the greenplum extractor scaffolding. This should just follow the exact same shape as the Postgres extractor.
