    SB8 becomes law tomorrow in Texas, banning abortion before many women know they’re pregnant. HB1280 creates felonies for doctors, in case Roe v Wade is overturned. SB4 in the special session, goes even further. And people still think wearing a mask infringes on their rights?

    The Texas abortion law, known as Senate Bill 8, was drafted to make it difficult to challenge in court. It bars state officials from enforcing it, and instead deputizes private individuals to sue anyone who performs the procedure or “aids and abets” it.
