    It's tragic to see these climate disasters day after day: flooding, hurricanes, drought, fires, heat waves. People are dying from the climate crisis right now. These disasters are a reminder: Congress needs to act boldly on climate this summer.

    To journalists reporting on heatwaves: please ask whether climate change is ‘worsening’ these events, rather than ‘causing’ them. As says: “science has shown that every heatwave we experience is now made more intense by human-induced global warming. Every single one.”
