Run Installer

WinInstall.png
Go to the location where you downloaded the installer and run the installer:
MatlabTools-x.xx-win.

Depending on your Windows security settings, you may get a window asking if you are sure you want to run this program. Click on Yes.

Setup

Click Next >.

Accept License Agreement

Click on the radio button next to I accept the agreement.

Click Next >.

Select MATLAB Version

Select the MATLAB Version's path for which you want to install the Blockset.

Click Next >.

Installation Directory

Use the default Blockset installation location, or choose a different one if you prefer.

Click Next >.

Blockset Location

Use the default Blockset installation location, or choose a different one if you prefer.

Click Next >.

Setup

One instance of the previously selected MATLAB version will open automatically to complete the installation. Wait while the installer unpacks and installs all the files; the MATLAB instance will then be closed.

Licensing Information

If you want to use the free version of MPLAB Device Blocks for Simulink (some features disabled), simply click Next >.

If you have purchased a license for the Blockset, click on Click here to download license.

Otherwise, you can choose to:

  • Purchase a license (you will receive an activation key that will unlock all features).
  • Activate your license.

Installation Complete

Click Finish.
