    Amazing increase in usage of ! Looking forward to PS7!

    From June to July, we had an almost 50% growth in startups of ! Linux usage grew by 11% (to ~10M), but Windows usage grew by 330% (to ~6.7M)!

    We've had a mini re-org recently and now I own PSGallery, PSGet, PkgMgmt, and OpenSSH (again). To celebrate this, I've authored a RFC on what I plan to do with PSGet v3 which will have a number of breaking changes. Feedback appreciated:
