Describe the bug
The glooctl get upstreams function list for AWS Lambdas does not distinguish between multiple versions of the same Lambda function.

To Reproduce

1. Apply an AWS Lambda Upstream that contains multiple versions of the same function.
2. Run glooctl get upstreams
3. Note a display like the following. For example, there are 4 versions of the contact-form Lambda a

Right now we have some basic information about how to get involved under https://projectcontour.io/community/. I think we could drive more attention to the community efforts if we had a more prevalent "Get involved" section on the front page, similar to what https://inclusivenaming.org/ does.

I see this as multiple parts:

James removed the multiple go modules we had and it would make sense to now get rid of this extra Makefile and the api_check circleci job.

This would mean that there's a single Makefile for all of the repo which would be nicer to newcomers.

Current Behavior

1. The current behavior of the meshery menu is lacking the distinction between the main topics and the sub topics present in the menu

2. There is "indentation issue "with respect to the menu when it changes after life cycle .

3. When it comes to background of the sub topics below configuration, it can be of a lighter shade as the others are of the same.

Use heptio/workgroup to improve handling of the multiple goroutines that are spawned in each of the discoverers. This will also help us to bubble up errors to main, and handle them appropriately.
