eksctl utils update-cluster-stack            DEPRECATED: Use 'eksctl update cluster' instead

This has been marked as deprecated for a while, probably we can kill it now

Several services like Lambda, SNS, SQS,.. are not being validated with the maximum length limit for names.
I am using CDK to generate cloudformation and we are sporadically having issues when deploying names that have too much characters.

I would be able to implement this feature.
I have created several rules that implement above. Just need to make sure I follow

#22 introduced a feature to guess actions that are similar to an existing policy. It currently doesn't support all actions.

Here's things I currently know are missing (comment if you find more):

We support sub parsers for python and go. I assume these were added to enable cfn init without prompting user for all the inputs. We can do the same for the other language plugins for consistency.
