Validate Helm Repos as the user adds them.

Motivation

Adding an invalid repo will stop chart deployment as argocd validates all the helm repos before deploying any helm chart.

Proposal

If repo url is : https://helm.devtron.ai/

https://helm.devtron.ai/index.yaml should return a 200 http status

Is there an updated ARM template that uses VMSS for nodePool creations, add them to app gateway backend pool and I would like to know how we can egress the traffic through APP Gateway as it would be the only public IP for the cluster and I still get a random IP address when I try to access a web page from a pod.

What happened:
kconnect to my-alias --password $pass -k custom/cubeconfig/path writes kubeconfig to default kubeconfig path instead of custom/cubeconfig/path

What did you expect to happen:
kconnect to respects-k --kubeconfig flag and writes to the path specified.

How to reproduce it:
touch ~/test.config
kconnect to my-alias -k ~/test.config
expect kubeconfig writes t
