In order to support the new winget package manager, we need to build an installer for the CLI tool on Windows (in .exe or .msi format). This will allow us to submit a manifest to the winget repo.

Look into and create a POC of a public github action using rok8s-scripts

Travis support is now working. Project is being correctly built and it's only missing a job in .travis.yml to automatically push to gh-pages with the webgl artifact to deploy to github-pages
