Describe the bug
When using GLPI in English, the times are displayed in 24 hour format - except in the flatpickr date/time picker.
I want to have the time in 24 format but I don't know if GLPI is correct or flatpickr is correct according to my setup.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to (for example) Tools>Project>Project Task
- Click on the calendar button next to Planned st

Hello,
Il faudrait pouvoir configurer dans les profils plusieurs droits :
- droit de créer des formulaires
- droit de supprimer des formulaires
- droit de lire les config des formulaires
etc...
Actuellement les droits d'accès à la gestion des formulaires sont positionnés sur le droit "UPDATE" d'une "entity" : ce n'est pas du tout logique.
