On reports page we have sections for First response time and Resolution Time. Which plots a graph with time series on the Y axis. But it mentions no unit for the axis. We need to mention the unit on the axis

Describe the bug
The button to toggle the chat widget doesn't have discernible text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page with the Papercups chat widget installed.
2. Check accessibility with axe DevTools
3. See Buttons must have discernible text issue

If you press "alt" it handles it as a typing event, so when you alt+tab out of the browser, it's as if you were typing. I believe a typing event should happen when an actual character is typed.

Currently each Observer support state management.

Obsei store state in any of sqlalchemy supported database on schema mentioned in WorkflowTable class.

There is example also exist to show it's capability.
