What happened:
I have UTC selected for my dashboard, but traces show in local time.

(also the seconds and milliseconds are in gray, which strikes me as odd though doesn't impact usability)

What you expected to happen:
Trace times should respect my selected time.

**How

Currently, we use Native filter on Superset version 1.2, but looks like The actual time range does not show correctly with SIP-15 (in the SIP-15 the time range must is [inclusive, exclusive) ). So that mean the actual time range and the tool tip must show label as: from_date <= col < to_date.

Describe the bug

If updating a quoted model the dbt tests are not executed against the newly built model, instead they are deferring to the models in the previous state. For regular (non quoted) models the tests run against the correct newly built models.

In the provided example dbt 0.19.1 has been used but the same issue occurs in dbt 0.20.1.

Bigquery external table API supports auto schema detection for external table source by a boolean property - ref.

If the target field names are the same as the source fields in the Google Spreadsheet, it should be better not to supply any schema rather than sp
