    Docker Desktop has a lot of hidden features around networking, port forwarding, DNS, updates, a toggle for having Kubernetes, battery optimizations whatnot. It "just worked" and that was the gist of it.

    Did you really know what provides Desktop for you? Obviously it will start a Virtual Machine with Docker Engine installed and setup, but Docker Compose, Docker Scan, BuildKit will be there too, ready to use! 1/5

    Just a friendly reminder. If you're a solo developer or part of a team that's less than 250 employees and make less than $10 million annual revenue Desktop is still going to be free to use! IMO their pricing change is completely reasonable given how useful DD is
