What happened?

Versions affected: DRA, VULGATE

In automatic daily verse (and presumably random verses), if the reference is a Psalm, it will not return the proper text and fail to return anything if the reference doesn't exist.

The ideal fix should add an attribute to the Version model for whether the version utilizes Septuagint numbering of Psalms and shift accordingly. The Orthodo
