• When installing a SQL based accounting program (AccountMate), the setup.exe stops at the end (99%) and never completes. After reviewing Task Manager Details tab and right clicking on the process (setup.exe) The Analyze wait chain listed "PowerToys" in the chain. After stopping Power Toys, I was able to install the application correctly. AccountMate also started after restarting Power Toys again.
