Need a callback when there is no Update available or the dialog is not shown for the session.
The reason why this is needed is, when there is a critical release the app should not load any view. So completely everything will be based on callbacks, we already have callback for onLater, onIgnore, also need a callback with not dialog will be displayed.
PS: I'm working on this will create a PR

Right now we are only testing with Ruby 2.4.10. It would be interesting to see if the gem works with Ruby 2.7.x and add that version to the test matrix.

Currently, whenever a TU or TO fails, its error message is only showed if Butterfly is run in debug mode. The error message should be printed even in INFO level, but the error stack trace should remain only printed in debug mode.
