Originally developed by Google for internal use, TensorFlow is an open source platform for machine learning. Available across all common operating systems (desktop, server and mobile), TensorFlow provides stable APIs for Python and C as well as APIs that are not guaranteed to be backwards compatible or are 3rd party for a variety of other languages. The platform can be easily deployed on multiple CPUs, GPUs and Google's proprietary chip, the tensor processing unit (TPU). TensorFlow expresses its computations as dataflow graphs, with each node in the graph representing an operation. Nodes take tensors—multidimensional arrays—as input and produce tensors as output. The framework allows for these algorithms to be run in C++ for better performance, while the multiple levels of APIs let the user determine how high or low they wish the level of abstraction to be in the models produced. Tensorflow can also be used for research and production with TensorFlow Extended.

SUMO is an open source, highly portable, microscopic and continuous traffic simulation package designed to handle large networks. It allows for intermodal simulation including pedestrians and comes with a large set of tools for scenario creation. Luminance HDR is a complete suite for HDR imaging workflow. It provides a wide range of functionalities, during both the fusion stage and the tonemapping stage. Its graphical user interface, based on Qt5, runs on a variety of platforms, such as Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X 10.9 and later and several Unix flavors (Linux, FreeBSD and others). Input images can be supplied in multiple formats, from JPEG to RAW files. In the same way, output can be saved in many different formats as well, from JPEG to TIFF (both 8 bit and 16 bit per channel), enabling all the power of your post processing tools.

A Tiny Mathematical Speed Parser ATMSP is a portable C++ parser for mathematical expressions like "sin(x)+y^2" e.g. These may contain arbitrary numbers of functions, variables and constants. Major design goal was minimalistic size and maximum speed. Tiny 320 code-lines offer a parser plus bytecode-generator, 26 mathematical functions and 17 supported base-types including complex and arbitrary MPFR-multiprecision. Both parser and bytecode may run in threads. The usage of ATMSP is most simple - just include a single header in your own code and go. The PTP daemon (PTPd) implements the Precision Time protocol (PTP) as defined by the IEEE 1588 standard. PTP was developed to provide very precise time coordination of LAN connected computers. PTPd boasts an advanced set of features and is highly configurable.

OpenGL Mathematics (GLM) is a header only C++ mathematics library for graphics software based on the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL) specifications. GLM provides classes and functions designed and implemented with the same naming conventions and functionality than GLSL so that anyone who knows GLSL, can use GLM as well in C++. This project isn't limited to GLSL features. An extension system, based on the GLSL extension conventions, provides extended capabilities: matrix transformations, quaternions, data packing, random numbers, noise, etc. This library works perfectly with OpenGL but it also ensures interoperability with other third party libraries and SDK. It is a good candidate for software rendering (raytracing / rasterisation), image processing, physics simulations and any development context that requires a simple and convenient mathematics library. GLM is written in C++98 but can take advantage of C++11 when supported by the compiler.

AirSim is an open-source, cross platform simulator for drones, cars and more vehicles, built on Unreal Engine with an experimental Unity release in the works. It supports software-in-the-loop simulation with popular flight controllers such as PX4 & ArduPilot and hardware-in-loop with PX4 for physically and visually realistic simulations. It is developed as an Unreal plugin that can simply be dropped into any Unreal environment. AirSim's development is oriented towards the goal of creating a platform for AI research to experiment with deep learning, computer vision and reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomous vehicles. For this purpose, AirSim also exposes APIs to retrieve data and control vehicles in a platform independent way. AirSim is fully enabled for multiple vehicles. This capability allows you to create multiple vehicles easily and use APIs to control them.
