Pros: With Timeclick we have been able to track leave and hours of our users quickly and easily. Every day we can check in and out every employee from a remote service easy to adapt to any online server.

Cons: The only downside is that workstations cannot be configured manually when adding an employee as it is not cost effective to create a workstation for each employee when each one is and should be assigned to a specific department.

Overall: Overall, TimeClick is exceptional and easy to handle, despite the hiccups it sometimes shows us, the use is fast and advanced when it comes to activity records.

Pros: Allows years of record keeping and access to them at any desired time. In addition to attendance and working time, the software also takes care of calculating overtime, vacation and even if an employee works in two different positions, for the best accuracy of information.

Cons: Unfortunately, it is important that the computers must be connected to a joint network, which is clearly disadvantageous for remote workers because their attendance and time records would not be stored within the platform.

Overall: Using TimeClick offers to keep a comprehensive record of attendance, clocking in, clocking out and the time spent by employees at work, automatically throwing the data to the payroll for saving manual work, which is highly convenient for any company.

Pros: This is an easy to use software that helps us to track employee time.
It has an easy to use interface. I like its capabilities.

Cons: At the moment, TimeClick meets our needs. No cons or downsides.

Overall: We use TimeClick to track employee time because it is an easy to understand and accurate tool.
It is very reliable.

Pros: Its interface is one of the best of the software we have tested, very simple and ergonomic, having at hand any tool you need, it also generates an automatic lunch hour alert and allows you to make a complete entry without having to include your employees one by one.

Cons: The generation of data in real time could be improved susceptibly, sometimes I need data instantly and I can not get them until a few hours later, in the rest of sections it works quite well, we expect a constant improvement of this great tool.

Overall: TimeClick covers the basic employee time management needs that any dedicated department can meet, it automates our timekeeping and allows our employees to clock in and out in a convenient way, in a software that is installed directly on their work computers.

Pros: Easiest network setup of almost any product I have ever seen. Extremely simple install, and configuration. Offers so many options to setup time keeping how out company functions. Excellent reporting options on top of this. Backups are extremely easy. Importing employee list from .CSV is perfect on install.

Cons: The only slight problems I have are:
1) After initial install you do not have the option to use a .csv file to import new employees. The functionality is clearly there during setup, why not offer this in the admin interface
2) If the server is down for any reason, remote workstations on a different subnet will sometimes not automatically reconnect. I wish there was a way to specify a server IP that would show up instead of showing the IP box to users that have no idea what it means.
3) No linux client, and wont run with wine, not a huge issue, but would be nice to keep client costs down.

Overall: Fantastic, we have 4 separate licensed locations, and will be deploying more in the future. The cons I listed are merely extremely minor annoyances that do not restrict the use and satisfaction we get from the software. If someone is looking for a digital time keeping solution you cannot go wrong with Timeclick

Pros: It is characterized by an incredible ease of use. In the last update many improvements were implemented which led to make the tasks quite simple. The design is also impressive, it is made to make the customer feel good using Timeclick.

Cons: There is a need for a mobile app, it is tedious to be always configuring from the web. Sometimes there are workers who need to clock in and out because they are in other states and it is not possible to do the configuration because there is no app available.

Overall: Timeclick has shown us an excellent and incredible experience. We have no regrets about making this purchase. We had a small problem at the beginning, but the customer service is amazing and they fixed it in record time.

Pros: Always encountered cheerful, happy and willing reps to help me with any situation that came up. Very knowledgeable and quick to figure out and correct any problem. Never put on hold for extended periods of time or waiting in long queue to speak to someone. As far as the product itself, very easy to use and all the reports, etc are always spot on. Well thought out and executed.

Cons: I can't think of anything negative about any of my experiences...quite refreshing!

Overall: TimeClick makes taking care of my employees work time easy which makes doing my payroll a simple task. Thank you for creating a software program that truly makes my work life easier and less stressful.

Pros: Through TimeClick, you can keep track of every hour of work; many employees have been grateful to count on it; because they have everything under control. Moreover, it is easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive and straightforward.

Cons: Sometimes, it takes a little while to get a response from customer service.

Overall: TimeClick is designed especially for those who wish to manage and control their working hours to stimulate their activities throughout the day each week harmoniously.

Pros: We were able to implement a quick check-in and check-out for our employees thanks to Timeclick's great management, it presented us with a better way to record our attendance and further streamline our work time. It has an excellent price compared to others of its kind in the market.

Cons: Everything has been excellent with Timeclick, we have no complaints so far, so we 100% recommend its use in any small to medium sized business.

Overall: It has always been the best alternative to manage our time in and out of work, making a quick and reliable record for me and my entire department. It is an excellent experience thanks to its ergonomic design, which makes it easy to use.

Pros: My employees love this software...easy to clock in and clock out! We use the program everyday with no problems. I like the admin section, easy to make changes if needed on the time sheets. The reports are easy to read and easy to print.

Cons: There is really nothing that I can complain about. The software is easy to understand and is really user-friendly.

Overall: Perfect...when I have a question, I call and I get help with the customer service department and problem is solved. Only issued I had was in the initial set-up.

Pros: It’s very easy to use. A lot of new functions makes work more productive. Very helpful customer service team to support and answer all the questions.

Cons: Something it needs to be updated a little bit too often.

Overall: We are happy with it. It makes work easier. We will continue using it as a tool to help our practice to grow!

Pros: Gadsden Public Library (Gadsden, Alabama) is a happy, 10-year customer. We especially love the ease of use!

Cons: We'd like to have a 2 or 3-year pricing option made available.

Overall: GPL's staff of 29 uses TimeClick on a daily basis. The service is convenient, designed well, and easy to use.

Pros: Program is easy to use! It's user friendly for both associates and management. We have used TimeClick software since 2014 and found it a great way for associates to clock in and out for their shifts. Adjustments are easily made if someone forgets to clock in.

Cons: Everything works well for us. Also, support and upgrades are easily done.

Overall: It's a great product! Easy for all ages to use. You don't have to be comfortable with computers to easily clock in and out for work.
