    Great work by my colleages highlighting how access to HIV treatment remains entirely out of reach for the 20% of people living with HIV who live in non-Medicaid-expansion states and are uninsured. Great time to consider a national strategy.

    An estimated 2 million people are stuck in the coverage gap: their state has not expanded Medicaid, and Marketplace plans are out of reach. We need federal-level action to expand access to now.
