The capital loss limitation amount, which is currently hardcoded into line 432 of calcfunctions.py should be parameterized. It would be useful to allow for separate parameterizations by filing status.

Update: This same hard coded value is also on line 541 in the CapGains function.

Describe the bug
The version of the TF AWS provider is explicitly hard-coded into the DCE terraform module.
Terraform docs recommend not configuring providers in submodules:

We can't upgrade puppeteer-core because its types are broken: puppeteer/puppeteer#7100

I think we should try to find a solution, since the puppeteer is a core library in our project. Please see the attached issue in puppeteer to see potential solutions.
