We could improve the Error: output to a user shown in the expression preview to tell them what the Type() is for a parameter being passed that is not compatible with the parameter type being expected.

If you try to create a connector without any data the Surveymonkey will throw an error:
StopIteration() for the user, which don't say anything about the problem.
We should wrap the logic and have a more meaningful message.
