A disgusting and disturbing example of how the spread of domestic terrorism has been allowed to torment communities. These acts are the visible manifestation of hateful words birthing hateful acts! An attack on One is an attack on ALL!

We’re horrified by the news coming out of GA at a time when we’re already seeing a spike in anti-Asian violence. Although details are still unfolding, at least half of the victims appear to be Asian American women. Our hearts go out to the victims & their families.

Press release in Which is the best vaccine? That's like asking which of my 3 kids are the best... They were never compared head-to-head and outcomes of studies different so can't compare efficacy rate The best vaccine is the one you can get as soon as possible!

When I talk about diabetes, it’s 10% of US pop. When I talk about cancer, it’s 5% of US pop When I talk about it’s 6% of US pop, 14% of CA pop, 33% of SF pop, and 25% of UCSF patients Guess which one is “niche” topic that don’t concern most docs & researchers?

This is great stuff! What I got out of this though is that we know 19% of Californians vaccinated, and here we see 8% infected and 38% with antibodies. That means 11% were somehow exposed to/infected with COVID and were not diagnosed.

As usual in while there are individual issues & choices, vaccine receipt results from systematic access bias. That’s difference between discovery research—why people act vs intervention research—how we get them what they need.
