~/.config/youtube-dlg should just contain configuration files and not logs (which should go to $XDG_DATA_HOME/youtube-dlg/ ) nor youtube-dl binary (which should go to $XDG_CACHE_HOME).

Please also consider using appdirs instead of hardcoding ~/.config/

Describe the bug
No more than 1 user can subscribe to the same playlist, The trash icon appears for other users on the playlist page which does not function, attempting to call subscribe_playlist manually causes a 500 error with:

duplicate key value violates unique constraint "playlists_pkey" (PQ::PQError)

Description:

Provide option to keep some segment and provide a submit button below each segment as I don't want to upload the first segment. As I want the first segment but not sure about the consensus and correctness about the first segment.
