Issue summary
- Needs to replace all occurrences of
GetBlockHashbyGetHashByNumber - This function is implemented at

Support for Diamonds
It would be great if hs-web3 provided support for deploying and upgrading diamonds. The Diamond Standard is here: ethereum/EIPs#2535
"A diamond is a set of contracts that can access the same storage variables and share the same Ethereum address."

Please add the ability to be able to receive the amount requested. When you go to receive for any crypto wallet, you can optionally enter in how much in that cryptocurrency or in fiat currency (which will be converted to crypto) you want to recieve.
