Started to see this after recent upgrade:

Node should not allow feeless report transaction with an unreasonable gas limit

@faddat thankfully added notes recently on how to spin up a node more easily. We should also add documentation / quick links for:

• querying data from the chain (Swagger, a node to do it against e.g. datahub, and an example)
• Mintscan as the block explorer to look at latest activity

Please add the ability to be able to receive the amount requested. When you go to receive for any crypto wallet, you can optionally enter in how much in that cryptocurrency or in fiat currency (which will be converted to crypto) you want to recieve. This is the error I get when I start cargo run -- -c config.toml start with relayer-cli, and I'm forking this relayer as a relayer between substrate chains.

Another one is that misbehaviour doesn't seem to be included in the ics02 handler.
