Current Behavior
Error when accessing the forum after saving in the admin panel a custom CSS code of +68000 characters (doesn't mean it's exactly that number, in my case I've experienced it when reaching that number of characters).

This causes that when saving the CSS code the last lines are cut, and therefore in my case for example this caused a `ParseError: missing closi

Despite being at the bottom of the form next to the 'Save' button, the 'Delete' and 'Undelete' buttons discard any edits to the forms. About once a year I forget this and undelete a story while trying to fix the issue with title or tags that led to it being deleted. Then I have to make a second edit explaining this gotcha. It's mildly embarrassing to me, weird in the mod log, and confusing to subm
