    "Gets the job done"

    Posted 2021-07-15

Pros: I like that Thinkific allows users to pay a monthly fee rather than a percentage of courses sold. This was KEY to our decision to choose it. It was fairly easy to set up using the templates they offered, and our courses look nice and offer a good experience for our customers.

Cons: I didn't like that there were so few templates to choose from, and that certain aspects of the template aren't customizable by the average user (must hire a partner developer). Also, their checkout is very limited. They don't allow for B2B sales such that a buyer could purchase and register multiple staff people in courses. Finally, we need the capability to accept purchase orders.

Overall: Overall it fits our needs, but we often have to hand hold customers and get involved because it isn't an easy, fluid process for many of our B2B customers.
