What kind of feature are you missing? Where do you notice a shortcoming of PTB?

Python 3.10 was released very recently. While we won't be able to add any of its new features without breaking backward compatibility, we can add to our Github Actions test matrix and update the README to say the same.

It's impossible to pass extra options like ip_address to setWebhook when using launch

Especially for IRC, the outgoing IP address can matter a lot. Need some way to set which one to use on a box that has many.

Bug description:
As can be seen in the attached screenshots below, both horizontal and vertical bars have issues.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Enable "Display service name under the icon"
3. See layout misalignments

Expected behavior

• Service name not to be overlapped by notification badge

Please, make Chattable interface more friendly for the library clients:
