Current implementation of Go binding can not specify options.

GPUOptions struct is in internal package. And go generate doesn't work for protobuf directory. So we can't specify GPUOptions for NewSession.

When users starts Serve cluster with a set of options (http options, checkpoint path) and then connects to it with a different set of options, we should either update it, or error out.

Here is what I've noticed:

• ipfs.block.get
  • docs say it returns a Block, but it returns a Uint8Array
  • docs are missing the preload option
• ipfs.block.put
  • docs say it can also take a Block as a parameter, but it can only be a Uint8Array
  • docs say it can take a cid as an option, but the implementation ignores such a parameter
  • docs say it returns a Block, b

Avoid controlling endless loop with exception in loadAnonymousClasses, e.g. by extracting loading class to the method:
