What's the Problem?

Till now i was using the default grouping which is nothing but I just found out that you can group by date created/modified which is so useful and would really be nice to make it default like in regular file explorer for the downloads folder.

Just make group by date modified default.

Application rules only allow the user to specify a valid executable file: .exe

Solution
Rather than just an .exe file, perhaps this could Provide a list of open processes as they are presented in Task Manager > Details. Other applications such as Discord and Aurora RGB have similar functionality regarding this form of app detection.

These localized folders are not getting updates anymore (deprecated by touchdown localization)

we can remove those folders from the build to avoid confusion since those files don't get updates.
