We opened #808 to discuss how we might use GitHub actions. At the time, this repo didn't have actions enabled. Now that it does, we should try them out for some of the things in that thread.

In this install mode (the default starting from Yarn 2.0), Yarn generates a single .pnp.cjs file instead of the usual node_modules folder containing copies of various packages. I think the lines in the following documentation are somehow not in correct order. Maybe chunks were added between multi line statements. Especially import_str: is broken.
