Currently all cards return 200 (unless there is a server error, in which case 500).

It would be best to have specific codes for different types of errors to differentiate between them.

Example:

400 - Bad request

etc.

Summary
Add Ukrainian translations of title template, headings, labels, etc for locale code uk.

Potential Contributors
Only the StatConfig.py needs to be modified to implement this. Look for a comment block that has a list of steps necessary to contribute a locale.
