    Here's a quick and dirty one for y'all that need to back something up in a pinch

    Did you know? You can use tar over ssh to make backups or send a file securely under Linux, macOS, *BSD or Unix-like os. For example: ssh user@box tar czf - /dir1/ > /destination/dir1.tar.gz See for more info including restore and other tips.
