When visual users look at a map they can easily tell that the controls, attribution, and other (potentially custom) UI components that are placed on the map belong to it. AT users rely on HTML semantics, DOM structure, and ARIA to convey these things and their relationships.

When you try to use a column of type JSON, tegola fails:

util.go:155: 114 type is not supported. (Expected it to be a stringer type)
map.go:202: err fetching tile (z: 7, x: 64, y: 46) features: for layer (cities-point) unable to convert field [3] (string) of type (114 - json) to a suitable value: map[dates:map[2017:3044 2018:4] simplified:[]]

I was looking into correctly binding PointCloudLayer properties with PointsMaterial, to avoid having (beside a few other things) this part. This resulted in a bigger challenge than I thought, because we have a few properties that already have definition. I can cite opacity

The current distribution contains a bash script. The equivalent for windows systems should be created. Probably something like a baremaps.bat file containing:
